Hello, everyone!
Happy Valentine's Day to all! I know it's been ages but I spent good part of 2009 working hard to save money to come to England for my Master's Degree - and here I am! I've been living in Westminster, central London, since last September. The course is very heavy but I love it - even though it doesn't leave much time for anything else!
I hope everyone's well and as soon as teaching time ends in May I'll try and get back here more often. I'd been missing the XF universe a lot!

Sounds like you're having fun, in spite of all the work. But you sure picked a cold winter to be in England!
Been cold here too - wouldn't mind some of that Brazilian heat.

Hi, girls!
Well, I live in the University Halls of Residence, so although it is an old Victorian building close to Buckingham Palace, it's not exactly posh =)
And yes, it is cold!!! But then again I spent Christmas in Budapest - that surely made London seem warm, all of a sudden.
I'm almost half way through the second term already. Time flies when you're happy!

Aw, Mimsy, I missed our Saturday night talks so much! But I was either beat after working so hard all week or out with the girls, who were emotionally blackmailing me saying I'd spend a year away and I had to go partying with them, go figure!
London is gorgeous in the winter and the university is my dream come true.
Who knows, I live near Chelsea, maybe I'll see Gillian walking around with the kids =)
